Point .Y have successfully completed a further two lettings at Erdington Industrial Park, Birmingham.

Unit 1 Avalon Point, the prime mid-box warehouse developed by Point .Y, is now leased to ICS Cool Energy in a significant transaction for the Birmingham market. The company are a global market leader in temperature control solutions and will be consolidating and expanding various operations into the new site.

The new build unit, comprising 42,000 sq ft of high-specification industrial space, forms part of a multi-unit development strategically located with excellent access to the M6 and Birmingham city centre. The letting was agreed on a 10-year term, underscoring both the quality of the scheme and ICS Cool Energy’s confidence in the location as a hub for growth and service delivery.

Purpose-built for modern industrial and logistics occupiers, the unit features 10m clear internal height, dock and level access loading, modern office facilities, and BREEAM "Excellent" certification, supporting the occupier’s sustainability ambitions.

There has also been leasing success on the multi-let element of the estate, with existing tenant Lions Logistics taking a further two units on a 5-year lease. Point .Y have been able to facilitate the growth of the business by providing expansion space temporarily and the occupier has now been in a position to commit to the estate longer-term.
