Unit 6 Westpoint leased to LUR

Point .Y has successfully leased a 63,000 sq. ft. mid-box industrial unit in Trafford Park to Lucchini Unipart Rail Limited, a prominent manufacturer of rail wheelsets and components.

Unit 6 Westpoint Enterprise Park, located in the centre of Trafford Park, was let on a 10-year term, reinforcing the site’s strong appeal to advanced manufacturing and logistics occupiers. The unit offers a 750kVApower supply, modern double storey office accommodation and two secure yards.

The property was refurbished by Point .Y last year and the design focused on sustainability driven improvements. The unit now benefits from EPC ‘A’, a key consideration for Lucchini Unipart Rail, who needed certainty around energy performance and a unit that met their ESG criteria.
